JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage a team of support engineers
  • Ensure adherence to Support Service Level Agreements
  • Provide application assistance to users.
  • Hire, train and mentor support engineers
  • Meet renewal and upselling targets
  • Suggest new features in product.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Product Management teams. 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechantronics / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support and in shop floor Production / QC / Maintenance
