As a Content Write, you will create content that connects with our target audience and helps Leanworx grow through SEO, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.

You should be someone who can work independently, think creatively, and write content that drives organic traffic and engagement.

Key Responsibility
  • Write high-quality content that engages our target audience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Create blog content that solves real shopfloor problems and educates decision-makers.
  • Ensure all content is clear, informative, and aligned with the Leanworx brand.
SEO Content
  • Create SEO-led content by following keyword research and SEO guidelines.
  • Optimize blog content to rank on search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Write content that increases organic sessions and improves search visibility.
LinkedIn Content
  • Create weekly LinkedIn content with a clear engagement strategy.
  • Develop posts that generate discussions, shares, and visibility among manufacturing leaders.
Email Campaign Content
  • Write email content for marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Focus on improving open rates and click-through rates through strong copy and subject lines.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in content marketing or SEO content writing
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple language
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Experience writing LinkedIn content and marketing emails
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of content projects
  • Highly creative with the ability to generate new content ideas regularly
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS content marketing
  • Understanding of manufacturing, operations, or industrial technology (good to have)
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or keyword research tools
