Dasarathi brings decades of shopfloor experience to Leanworx. Having run CNC machining units for earthmoving equipment, aerospace, and tooling parts, he understands production challenges from the ground up. His expertise spans CNC programming, tooling, scheduling, and the architecture of CAD/CAM and Industry 4.0 systems. At Leanworx, he leads product application strategy, ensuring our system works not just in theory, but in the messy realities of real factories.
Srihari has worn many hats: tool designer, forklift sales engineer, CAD/CAM champion, and Industry 4.0 consultant. That range helps him speak the language of both the factory floor and the boardroom. At Leanworx, he leads customer engagement, sales strategy, and business growth. His strength lies in understanding exactly what factories need and helping them adopt technology in a way that feels simple, fast, and valuable from day one.
Bhagavan is the technical backbone of Leanworx. He’s spent years building and supporting software for CAD/CAM, DNC, and factory monitoring systems. His work is driven by one principle: software should be simple, stable, and easy to live with. At Leanworx, he oversees system architecture, backend development, and the continuous improvement of our real-time analytics engine.

Sandesh drives Leanworx’s growth across South India. With a background in CAD/CAM and production systems, he leads on-the-ground sales and implementation support for new customers. His hands-on approach ensures fast onboarding and sustained results.
Kaushik works closely with factories to deploy and fine-tune Leanworx. He specializes in machine integration, shopfloor analytics, and waste detection. He works to make sure the system fits smoothly into each customer’s operations and stays useful every day after.
Shyam builds and maintains the software that powers Leanworx. From frontend usability to backend stability, he ensures the system is fast, reliable, and constantly improving. His prior experience in field support gives him a sharp eye for what users actually need.
