Leanworx Partner Agreement

Validity of this agreement is 31 March 2026. Renewable every year.

Terms of Engagement
  1. This is a non-exclusive Partner Agreement, renewable annually by mutual consent.
  2. All pricing, proposals, and technical information shared by Leanworx are strictly confidential.
  3. All quotations to end users will be issued by Leanworx directly.
  4. Purchase Orders and payments will be made directly to Leanworx by the end user.
  5. Sales commission will be paid strictly as defined below. No other expenses or claims shall be payable unless agreed by Leanworx in writing.
  6. Commission becomes payable only after full payment is received from the end user.
  7. Payment to the Partner will be made via RTGS against a valid tax invoice.

Lead Management
  1. Partner-introduced leads will be registered and locked in our CRM, subject to the lead not being already active with Leanworx.
  2. Each lead must include: CEO/MD name, contact number, email ID, company name, and city.
  3. The company must have a minimum of 5 CNC machines, Die Casting machines, Injection Moulding machines, SPMs, or Forging Presses.

  4. Leanworx will manage the complete sales cycle and keep the Partner informed of progress. Partner can help by follow up at plant level and keep us informed of any competitor activity
    and customer objections

  5. Leads will remain locked for 6 months. Commission eligibility applies only if business is concluded within this period. Leads not converted within 6 months may be unlocked and reassigned at Leanworx’s discretion.
Sales Commission

Upon successful closure, the Partner will be entitled to 10% commission on the invoice value of Software and IoT Hardware.

No commission is payable on cyber charges, onsite visit charges, configuration charges, customization charges, or any other service components.
